Digitizing Fee

Our Digitizing Fee covers the process of converting your logo or design into an embroidery stitch file required for embroidery machines. Files must be digitized into formats such as DST, EMB, EXP, PES, JEF, or VP3 before embroidery can begin. Once your design is completed, you will receive the stitch file for future use.

Please upload your design or logo in a high-quality PNG with a transparent background or a PDF file. Digitizing services typically take 3–5 business days to complete. Once finalized, your design will be ready for embroidery on apparel, hats, bags, and more.
