Refunds and Exchanges
Items are designed and created just for you! There are no returns/exchanges/refunds on custom items. Any changes (including personalization, colors, font, or cancellations) must be made within 24 hours of the order. After that, your order will be in production and can not be exchanged or refunded.
Any item that is damaged in shipping will be replaced or refunded, Any mistake that is made on our end will be corrected at our cost. There will be be no returns/refunds on apparel items that are the wrong size or misspelled names on your behalf. Damage resulting from washing or wear and tear after the item is received is not refundable.
Damages in shipping or errors on personalization must be reported within 24 hours.
No other refunds or replacements will be issued, including dissatisfaction with your choice of font or colors.
If an item does not arrive due to USPS, we defer to the tracking info provided by USPS. If USPS shows an item as delivered, we will not refund without proof otherwise.
